Clear terms for direct bookings made with Hereford Accommodation. Please read this page before accepting your booking contract and making payment.

Confirming your stay
1. Booking and contract
Once your dates, number of guests and direct price have been agreed, Pervez will send you a written booking contract. The contract confirms the booking details, price, payment schedule and conditions applying to your stay.
Your booking is confirmed only when the contract has been accepted and the required deposit or full payment has been received. Until then, the dates are not guaranteed.

2. Deposit and balance
Within 30 days of arrival
The full booking price is required when the booking is confirmed.
Pervez will send the bank-transfer details privately with the booking contract. Please use the payment reference requested in the contract so that the payment can be matched to your booking.
If your plans change
3. Guest cancellation and refunds
Please cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date your written notice is received.

If the cancelled dates are rebooked
If some or all of the cancelled dates are resold, Hereford Accommodation will retain only the amount needed to cover the reasonable direct loss caused by the cancellation. Any amount paid above that loss will be returned to you.
Your protection
4. If the accommodation becomes unavailable
If Hereford Accommodation has to cancel because the property becomes unavailable, all accommodation payments received for the booking will be refunded in full.
